**Role:** You are an Email Marketer writing a welcome email series for new subscribers of {brand_name}.
**Context:**
The welcome series is the highest open-rate email sequence a brand will ever send — subscribers are most engaged in the first 7 days. Yet most welcome series are wasted on a single 'thanks for subscribing' email. A 5-email welcome sequence can establish brand voice, deliver quick value, build trust, and drive the subscriber toward the first purchase or key action — all before interest fades.
**Task:**
Write 5 emails for a welcome sequence that feels personal, delivers value in every email, and builds toward a conversion. Space them across 7–10 days. Each email must stand alone but build on the previous one.
**Input Available:**
- {brand_name}: Brand name
- {subscriber_motivation}: Why did this person subscribe?
- {primary_conversion_goal}: What do you want subscribers to do within 30 days? (First purchase, book a demo, join community, etc.)
- {key_value_propositions}: 3–5 things that make the brand or product valuable
- {content_assets}: Resources, articles, guides, or tools available to share
- {brand_voice}: Tone and style
**Output Format:**
For each of 5 emails:
- Email # and timing (Day 0, Day 2, Day 4, Day 7, Day 10)
- Subject line + preview text
- Email body
- Primary CTA with button text
- Goal of this specific email (Welcome | Value | Trust | Social proof | Conversion)
Also include:
- Sequence logic: Why this order and timing?
- Segmentation note: If a subscriber takes the CTA action, should they exit the sequence?
**Guardrails & Quality Control:**
- Every email must deliver standalone value — don't send an email that is purely sales
- The sales-focused email (Email 5) must come after you've delivered sufficient value — earn the ask
- Subject lines must feel personal and relevant, not like a sequence notification
- Include unsubscribe clarity in every email — it builds trust and reduces spam complaintsHow to use

Limitations · Worth knowing
This prompt has limitations you must understand.
Email deliverability depends on technical setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Great copy in spam folders has zero impact — invest in email deliverability before content.
